The Lake Place Condominiums HOA
The Lake Place is a waterfront gated community with 45 units. Each unit has a private deck and lake access. Owners and guests share a private pier with open and covered areas for everyone to enjoy.
The purpose of the Lake Place Homeowner Association is to preserve the values and amenities of The Lake Place Condominiums. We strive to improve, organize, and maintain the common areas within said community in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 47A Unit Ownership Covenant.
